Pate stir-fried noodles are a delightful combination of enticing aromas and textures. The chewy noodles perfectly blend with the rich and creamy flavor of pate, allowing the spices to infuse throughout. It truly is a wonderful fusion of flavors.
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of Instant Noodles,
- 1 can of Pate Lemit (150gr)
- 1 pack of noodles seasoning, 2 packs of Shacha sauce for noodles, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Instructions
- Put the noodles in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes and then take them out. Rinse the noodles with cold water to make the noodles chewy and delicious, not sticking together.
- Stir fried noodles
- Heat a pan on the stove with 1 tablespoon of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the cooked noodles and mix thoroughly.
- Next, add the Lemit pate and stir for 2 minutes. Include 2 packets of satay noodles and 1 packet of noodle seasoning, and mix well for 1 minute.
- Pour in 2 tablespoons of filtered water and continue stir-frying until the excess liquid evaporates and the noodles are firm. Season according to taste, add onions, and stir well.
- Finally, turn off the heat and transfer the noodles onto a plate. Garnish with slices of vegetarian sausage for decoration.
