Stir-Fried Lemit Meat is a delicious and unique stir-fry dish.
Ingredients:
- Original flavor Meat Lemit: 1kg, thawed
- Minced purple onion: 1 teaspoon
- Minced garlic: 1 teaspoon
- 2 sprigs of cilantro, leaves picked, washed, and drained
- Roasted peanuts: 50 gr;
- Cooking oil: 3 tablespoons
- Vegetarian seasoning 2 tablespoons
- Sugar/pepper a pinch
Instructions
- Slice the Lemit meat into thin slices. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of vegetarian seasoning, then mix well.

- Heat a pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, wait for the oil to heat up, then add 1 teaspoon of minced purple onion and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic. Stir well until the onion and garlic turn golden brown and release a fragrant aroma.
- Add the marinated Lemit meat into the pan. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Transfer the stir-fried Lemit jackfruit onto a plate and garnish with some fresh cilantro and peeled roasted peanuts. Sprinkle some black pepper on top.
- When enjoying the dish, you will experience the sweet and crispy texture of the jackfruit combined with the crunchy taste of peanuts.
